- Physician Consultation - $350
- Initial intake consultation and physical examination. This appointment is REQUIRED before your initial infusion. This fee is waived if you schedule to have your first infusion the day of your consultation. Please include the condition you for which you are interested in ketamine infusion therapy in the "Comments" section when scheduling.
- Ketamine Infusion - $550
- Single 45-minute infusion for depression, PTSD, OCD, chronic anxiety, and stress-related disorders.
- Ketamine Infusion - Chronic Pain - $1,200
- Single 4 hour booster infusion for chronic pain disorders
- Ketamine Infusion (series of 6) - $3,000
- Select to schedule your FIRST of SIX 45-minute infusions for depression, PTSD, anxiety, and stress-related disorders. The subsequent 5 infusions will be scheduled for you by clinic staff at the time of your initial appointment, or may be scheduled by selecting the "PREPAID" option on the Scheduler.
- PREPAID 45-minute Infusion (2nd through 6th infusion)
- Use to schedule your subsequent 2nd through 6th infusions IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED a 6 infusion series, and have scheduled or received your first infusion.
- Ketamine Infusion for Chronic Pain (series of 5) - $5,500
- You are scheduling your FIRST 3-hour infusion of a series of 5 over a one week period for chronic pain disorders.
- PREPAID 4 hour infusion (2nd through 5th infusion)
- Use to schedule your subsequent 2nd though 5hd infusions IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED a 5 - 4 hour infusion series, and have scheduled or received your first infusion.
- Ketamine Infusion for CRPS (Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome) - $8,800
- Series of EIGHT 3-hour ketamine infusions over 10 days.
- PREPAID 4 hour infusion for CRPS (2nd through 8th infusions)
- Use to schedule subsequent 2nd through 8th infusions for CRPS.
