25 Minute Infrared Sauna: Infrared Sauna uses Far Infrared heat to help the body detox, sweat out heavy metals & toxins, improves circulation, reduces pain & inflammation, promotes weight loss and decreases stress. 45 Minute Fit Bodywrap: Fit Bodywrap uses a combination of Infrared heat from the wrap along with the Fit Booster spray to promote weight loss, detox, joint pain & inflammation. The wrap heats up to 135 degrees during your session and clients typically burn 600-900 calories per session. We recommend 2 - 3 sessions per week in the first 30 days. 10 Minute Vibration Plate: The Vibratin Plate is recommended to be used after each Wellness Treatment session to help improve lymphatic drainage, removal of toxins, increase bone density, even reduce appearance of cellulite. Airbrush Spray Tan: Requires an appointment - You can NOT walk in for an Airbrush Spray Tan. This is a custom spray tan with one of our Spray Tan Technicians. Day of your appointment - Shower, Shave & Exfoliate. Do not wear any Make Up, Perfume, Deodorant, or lotion. Bring loose fitting Dark colored clothing to put on after spray tan. During your session you may wear a bathing suit or under garments. Must wear bottoms. After your spray, leave solution on for 6-8 hours this will give the solution time to develop. During that time there is no sweating, no swimming, no working out. Please get your manicure/pedicure BEFORE your spray not after.
