Strengthen and Stretch: SPLITS! - $80
This 4 week series course will focus on gaining strength and flexibility in your front splits on both sides! We will use active flexibility, passive flexibility, static holds and range of motion exercises to dig deeper into your body's potential! Photos will be taken at the end of each class and "homework" exercises will be assigned each week! Please bring socks and your phone or camera.
