Bendy Backs & Stretchy Straddles Course - $80
In this series, students will work on increasing flexibility in their back and their straddles (along with all of the other muscles that are involved). Students will engage in an extensive warmup before any stretching occurs to combat the likelihood of injury. We will alternate each week, focusing fully on backs the 1st and 3rd week of the series, and straddles the 2nd and 4th week of the series. This series is best for beginners who are wanting to increase their ability to get into bendy pole moves, or for the non-poler who is just looking for a release from their work day! Lots of clothing layers are encouraged!
Each class meets for 75 minutes.
