Pole Fitness (for your "Wishlist") - $25
This workshop is designed to help you breakdown and refine strength moves and holds for your pole trick arsenal. We will cover different grips and muscle engagement exercises to help improve your overall pole strength! Come to class with a certain trick in mind that you feel needs improvement or is one of your list of top goals, and we will be sure to cover exercises you can do with and without a pole to help you achieve your "wishlist" move.

This is a hard hitting conditioning class and will be sure to give you the fun workout you've been looking for! Come wearing pole shorts and a sleeveless top to be able to work on all pole grips.
