Create strength to support a greater range of motion. We will begin class with a strength-building workout followed by flexibility training and time for progress photos. Each week we will focus on a specific area of flexibility that relates to pole. Week 1: Arms and Shoulders Week 2: Shoulders and Back Week 3: Center Splits Week 4: Front Splits

WHAT TO BRING: Please bring your phone or camera to take progress photos.

PAYMENT/CANCELATION POLICIES: Payments are nonrefundable once you sign up. No make-up classes, refunds, credits, or transfers are allowed. If the course does not meet its minimum enrollment 24 hours
before the first class, we will contact you to a) attempt to reschedule the course, or b) issue a full refund to your credit card. If you are signing up for an Intermediate/Advanced class, it is your own responsibility to ensure that you meet the prerequisites for the course; if your instructor determines that you do not have the necessary experience to execute a movement safely, she may ask you to sit out that portion of the class.
