I have been a hairstylist for over 15 years and have worked at variety of shops, becoming comfortable with every type of hair and experienced with any style. Although I began working with both male and female customers, my main focus has been men styles in the recent years. ​ Having close relations with our community and customers are what drives me to excel. I start everyday full of joy and energy, eager to welcome my guests.

I am a professional hairdresser with over 18 years experience working in Downtown Vancouver, North and West Vancouver and Coquitlam salons. I love working with hair and giving fresh new looks and makeovers. Every person is different and so is their hair and I find it both challenging and satisfying to accomplish a new or fresh style every time. I was trained in Iran back 20 years ago and upgraded my skills upon arrival in Vancouver. I have been with The Village Barber for almost 3 years now and I’m proficient in haircuts, buzzcuts and colour. Children and Adults are all welcome to book appointments.

John has been a hairstylist for over 20 years and been employed at The Village Barber for more than 10 of these. His early career was spent training as an apprentice in the Vancouver area. Although his early training and experience was spent cutting and styling both women and men’s hair, most of his current experience has been concentrated in the area of barbering and styling for men. He enjoys and gains a lot of personal satisfaction from his work and the many returning clients that he has served and gotten to know well over the years.
