Bonnie Fedrau is an accomplished music industry veteran, working in multiple areas of the music industry for over 25 years: artist development, publishing, artist management, retail, and DJing. As a music scout (A&R), for Warner Music, EMI, and Jive Records, Fedrau signings included Sarah Harmer, Kos, Sky, and Three Days Grace. Fedrau then helped build EBA Inc, one of the first companies to provide the services of a business affairs department for small-to-medium music companies and artist entrepreneurs that were too small to have a business affairs department of their own. Company services include royalty and copyright administration, grant writing, and music contracts. Laura is the Manager, Communications & Sponsorships at Music Publishers Canada (MPC). Maïa Davies is a bilingual, Juno-winning producer, songwriter, and recording artist from Montréal, Québec. Eve Horne is a pioneering figure in the music industry, renowned for her over 20 years of experience as a singer, songwriter, and producer. Eve is founder of We Are The Unheard CIC, an organisation amplifying underrepresented voices in music. As a mixed-race, gay, neurodivergent single parent, she advocates for equity, access, and lasting change in the industry. Natasha Mandrusiak has over a decade of experience in concert production, artist management, and promoting diversity and inclusion within the Canadian music scene. A passionate advocate for equity and inclusion, Natasha co-founded the Alberta Chapter of Women in Music Canada in 2023, with the goal of advancing careers and creating opportunities for women and gender-diverse individuals in the Alberta music industry. Natasha had the honor of working with Women in Music Canada and Sirius XM to produce the first EQLive Show in October 2024, a concert series featuring an all-female and non-binary lineup and crew. She also serves on the board of Alberta Music, holding the position of treasurer. She served as the Vice President and Director of Production at Stampede Entertainment, overseeing production management and programming for venues, concerts and events across Western Canada. Hallie Anderson is co-founder of Rareform, a boutique artist services company built for independent musicians. Rareform has worked with global artists such as Royel Otis, Julia Jacklin, L’Imperatrice, The Blaze, Windser, Genesis Owusu, among others to build custom direct marketing, digital, DSP, and release strategy campaigns that support long-term growth. Vilona Trachtenberg is the Live Events Marketing Manager with the Buffalo Sabres organization. In her role, she leads the marketing efforts for all concerts that take place at Highmark Stadium (home of the Buffalo Bills) and KeyBank Center (home of the Buffalo Sabres). Rebecca Windjack is an artist manager and Director of Artist Relations at Birthday Cake, where she has been instrumental in building the international career of Leith Ross. As the director of programs at FACTOR, Cherie Sinclair oversees the development, implementation and management of specific programs and initiatives to ensure they are aligned with FACTOR's mission and goals.  Originally from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan her experience includes artist and tour management, festival program management, founder, and Executive producer of her independently owned production company .  Sinclair was also on the advisory team at the (formerly) Ryerson Music Den and the Professional Music Program.  Sinclair initially joined FACTOR on a contract position during the height of the pandemic to ensure swift distribution of the emergency funds.  Since joining FACTOR fulltime in 2022 Sinclair has witnessed the continued success that FACTOR funding contributes to Canadian artists and entrepreneurs’ success at home and abroad.
