Aerial yoga class is oriented around all the principles of yoga. Including alignment, right effort, breath meditation, connection and lightheartedness. Aerial Yoga supports us by building strength, fascia release, trust, confidence and joy.
Please wear shirt with sleeves and yoga leggings. Men can wear work out clothes . No zippers or velcro as they can tear the fabric.
Massage
- Bhakti Massage Pay at time of service - $75
- All massages are in Gulfport. First time clients will receive a test /email with address and directions. Accepting cash/check, Venmo, Zelle,
- Thai Massage Pay at time of service - $75
- Massages are held in Gulfport. Please wear loose comfortable clothes no pockets or zippers. first time clients will receive a text/email with address and directions. You can pay with Cash/check, Venmo, Zelle.
