Must be registered with Dawn at dcimperman@rcwlacrosse.com before signing up for sessions. LEARN BASIC MOVEMENT MECHANICS & GET STRONGER TOGETHER
First 6 weeks of the program will be led by RCW fitness trainers during Weight Training 101 sessions. The final 2 weeks of the program will be given to all
participants to complete on their own!
