Infusions are started at 250mg to check for tolerance. They can then be increased to a 500mg dose. Five to seven consecutive infusions at 500mg is recommended for the best results. For best utilization, NAD Infusions should be coupled with a Myers Infusion for the first infusion and every other infusion thereafter. Myers is a nutritional IV that "sets the table" with nutrition for the cells to utilize.
