2-Hour Session

2-Hour Sports Massage - $250

All major muscles can be thoroughly treated with a combination of trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, fascia scraping, MFR, cupping, and/or Kinesio taping. A 2-hour session also leaves time for the practitioner to stretch the client, resulting in a more beneficial massage with longer lasting effects.

2-Hour MFR - $250

A 2-Hour Myofascial Release Session gives the practitioner time to thoroughly work through multiple sites on the body where there are fascia adhesions or scar tissue mobility issues.

45 Minute Session

45-Min Sports Massage - $95

Pick ONE: Legs, below the knee OR Neck.
45-minutes is an amount of time just enough to thoroughly work either both legs, below the knees, OR the entire neck area. If you need more than one of these areas worked, please schedule a 60-min or 90-minute session.
